
A weekly timetable with at least 5 classes will be available to you in our Facebook group (zoom is available on request).
The classes comprise of 10,15, 30 and 50 minute workouts.
The classes will be aimed at developing all aspects of fitness. Including Pilates/ PiYo, Insanity, SH1FT, L1FT, Kettlebells/ Barbell/ Plates/ household items, Legs Bums and Tums and Core and More classes, to name a few.
We are always evolving and bringing more classes to our members.
As a member you will have access to the classes available on catch up if you cannot make the live class.
There will also be an opportunity to join discussion related to health and nutrition.
